Sales Engineer - Power and Cooling

Role Description The Sales Engineer – Power and another Cooling (2 Separate positions) resource are both full-time, on-site role based presently in Airport City though moving the beginning of 2027 to Hod HaSharon. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise on power and cooling solutions, supporting the sales process from opportunity identification through post-sale implementation. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer requirements, designing and presenting tailored solutions, preparing technical proposals, and coordinating closely with sales teams and suppliers. The role involves delivering technical support, troubleshooting solution issues, and ensuring that products and systems meet customer specifications and industry standards. The Sales Engineer will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, participate in trainings, and stay current on emerging technologies and market trends in power and cooling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales Engineering and technical solution design within power and cooling or related electrical/ICT domains.
• Experience providing Technical Support, including troubleshooting, product configuration, and application guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record in Sales and Customer Service, including building relationships, managing opportunities, and supporting long-term customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, data center infrastructure, and relevant industry standards is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Hod HaSharon, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Proficiency with standard business and engineering tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office, design/configuration software) and strong analytical skills.
