Wanted: Video Marketing Editor for an E-commerce company in North Tel Aviv. This is a very rewarding full-time and hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will drive the creative engine behind high-converting video campaigns targeting both local and U.S. markets. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced team, this role offers immense creative freedom to continuously test, iterate, and scale short-form video assets. Job Responsibilities:

• Edit dynamic, short-form performance video ads optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and key social platforms.
• Produce multiple creative variations, test visual hooks, and refine pacing based on real-time performance analytics.
• Collaborate closely with creative and performance marketing teams to continuously optimize social content.
• Leverage advanced AI video tools and novel editing workflows to boost output quality and continuous experimentation.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, specifically within an E-commerce brand or performance digital agency (in-house background required).
• Proven portfolio showcasing high-converting, direct-response video ads and engaging short-form social content.
• Expert mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro; proficiency with After Effects, Canva, or AI generation tools is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of direct response principles and what drives audience engagement and click-through rates.
• High level of English proficiency to easily comprehend and work with English text and narrative hooks within video assets.
