We are looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading security company in Yehud.

In this role, you will coordinate logistics processes supporting customer service, manage RMA processes, import & export activities, track shipments and parts, and work closely with multiple internal teams.

What you’ll do:

• Manage RMA processes using SAP, CRM and customer service portals
• Handle equipment receiving, identification, documentation and system updates
• Coordinate export shipments, including deliveries, packaging, documentation and approvals
• Follow up on import processes and international parts shipments
• Coordinate transportation and internal deliveries
• Work closely with Customer Support Managers, warehouses, shipping, finance and other internal interfaces
• Prepare reports and analyze data using Excel and organizational systems
• Monitor logistics processes, timelines and service performance
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, customer service or supply chain
• Experience working with organizational information systems
• Hands-on experience with SAP, including service notifications and parts receiving/issuing
• Strong Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good English – reading, writing and speaking
• Willingness to work overtime when required
