Role Description-

• Serving as a Principal Software Engineer & Security Architect, holding one of the most prominent technical leadership positions across the organization and driving cross-company architectural vision for secure, enterprise-scale software platforms.
• Leading end-to-end Security Architecture and Engineering for AI Agents, identifying critical security gaps, threat surfaces, and architectural vulnerabilities across production-grade GenAI pipelines.
• Combining hands-on systems programming, deep architectural leadership, and cross-cutting platform engineering to design robust frameworks leveraged by multiple engineering groups globally.
• Collaborating closely with Engineering Leads, Chief Security Architects, and senior leadership stakeholders across Israel and the US.
• Bridging advanced Software Engineering, Security Engineering, and Agentic AI to deliver enterprise-grade, high-availability production solutions rather than theoretical research or POCs.
• Establishing foundational security standards, threat modeling frameworks, and defensive mitigation strategies for next-generation intelligent services.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in a scientific/engineering discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) – Mandatory
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep proficiency in Python or Go (Golang) – Mandatory
• Proven experience serving in a top-tier technical leadership capacity (Principal Engineer, Software Architect, Staff Engineer, or Lead Architect) – Mandatory
• Extensive, recent background in Security Engineering (Systems/Network Security, Security Protocols, DDoS mitigation, Cryptography, Identity/Zero Trust) – Mandatory
• Hands-on production experience designing and deploying LLM, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks – Mandatory
• Proven track record building and operating mission-critical distributed systems running at massive scale in live Production environments – Mandatory
• Exceptional architectural communication skills and ability to influence senior engineering and security stakeholders globally – Mandatory
