Head of Information Technology

A leading, large-scale organization is seeking an IT Manager to head its IT systems and technology domain -a senior, technical and high-impact role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and managerial leadership of the technology domain and a team of specialists.
• Lead complex technological processes and projects.
• Serve as a professional resource and provide guidance across IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud.
• Lead architecture, technology evaluation, and the selection and implementation of solutions across the organization.
• Directly manage and lead employees.
• Work across technological and business interfaces within the organization.
• Lead information security, cyber defense, and risk management processes.
• Serve as a key technological knowledge resource for the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, cyber, and information security.
• Direct management experience -required.
• Substantial experience in Cyber Defense and IT systems security.
• Experience working with SOC teams and handling/responding to security incidents.
• Experience in risk assessment, vulnerability identification, and penetration/resilience testing.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and network security.
• Substantial experience with Cloud platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Familiarity with information security technologies, products, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Secure Development / Security by Design.
• Familiarity with standards, regulations, and methodologies in information security.
• Strong technical capability and deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to serve as a professional and technological knowledge resource for the organization.
• Academic degree in a technology-related field / relevant education in computer science, cyber, or information systems.
• Professional certifications in cyber, information security, cloud, or infrastructure -a significant advantage.
