System Administrator / Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer(25670)

Job Description

• Responsible for managing and operating the organization's Microsoft 365 environment.
• Managing organizational collaboration tools, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Providing ongoing service and technical support to SYSADMIN and end-user support teams across organizational units.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and managing permissions and access rights.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience providing Tier 2/3 technical support in Microsoft-based environments.
• Experience managing Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, user/device management, App Registration, and SSO.
• Experience with Office 365, with an emphasis on SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Intune.
• Experience managing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, including Video Conferencing (VC) equipment.
• Good level of English, including experience working in a global environment.
• Knowledge of automation tools – an advantage.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow – an advantage.
• Experience with Commvault – an advantage.
