Bookkeeper

Cover is a fast-growing Insurtech startup making pension and insurance management simple, transparent, and optimized for individuals and businesses.

We are looking for a super-organized Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team! In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping end-to-end, handle AP/AR and collections, and maintain communication with local vendors and clients. It’s a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a warm, collaborative team—focusing on financial control, optimizing workflows in Priority, and building Cover’s financial infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end daily bookkeeping: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank, and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle payments, track collections, and work closely with local vendors and clients (Israeli market).
• Prepare materials for monthly and annual closings with our external CPA firm.
• Assist in preparing payroll data and collaborate with operational teams across the company.
• Optimize and streamline financial workflows.

What you bring:

• 2-4 years of proven bookkeeping experience (Experience in a startup / high-tech company or CPA firm - an advantage).
• Bookkeeping Certificate Type 2/3.
• Hands-on experience working with Priority - a Must.
• Good proficiency in Excel and G Suite.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, independence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment.
