Maintenance Technician

MediWound is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department at our manufacturing site in Yavne. This role is suited for a hands-on technician who is looking to develop professionally, expand technical expertise, and grow within a pharmaceutical organization over time.

What will you do?

• Perform routine maintenance of clean rooms, laboratories, and office areas.
• Maintain and operate equipment and machinery in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Work with infrastructure systems including HVAC, water systems (RO/WFI), electrical and control systems, and refrigeration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform corrective and preventive maintenance
• Work both independently and as part of a professional team.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them through completion.
• Work in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice procedures and quality standards.

What should you have?

• At least 2 years of proven experience in maintenance work within clean rooms under GMP conditions.
• At least 2 years of experience working with systems and processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Mechanical systems/machinery
• HVAC and clean room systems
• Water systems (RO/WFI)
• Electrical and control systems
• Refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in computerized work environments.
• Native level / fluent Hebrew.
• Good English skills.
• Certified electrician license – an advantage.
• Working-at-height certification - an advantage.

Additional Information:

The position includes on-call duty, shared among all team members.
