Distribution Manager

CDSL, a subsidiary of Chemiphal and Diplomat Group, is looking for a Distribution Manager to lead a complex, nationwide distribution operation.

The company currently operates a large logistics center in Kibbutz Eyal, from which goods are distributed to all Super-Pharm stores across Israel. During the coming year, the logistics center is expected to relocate to a new site in Caesarea.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the distribution and dispatch operation, including 5 team leaders, 45 drivers, and dispatch employees.
• Operational and managerial responsibility for drivers and subcontracted employees.
• Managing relationships with subcontractors, including ongoing monitoring and monthly reconciliation.
• Full responsibility for meeting SLA targets and measurable operational KPIs.
• Direct reporting to the Company VP.
• The logistics center is currently located in Kibutz Eyal and is expected to relocate to Caesarea next

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Distribution Manager – MUST.
• Proven experience managing a truck-based distribution operation – MUST.
• Proven experience managing SLA and measurable KPIs.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale operational environments.
• Experience managing large teams, including middle managers/team leaders.
• Strong service orientation and commitment to quality and achieving targets
