International Planning, Control & Shipping Coordinator – Laline

About the Role

We are looking for an International Planning, Control & Shipping Coordinator to join Laline and take responsibility for planning and controlling international export and shipping processes by air and sea.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the planning and control of international export processes by sea and air.
• End-to-end management of shipping processes, including shipment planning, coordination with logistics providers and suppliers, and tracking deliveries through to arrival in international territories.
• Ongoing monitoring and control of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution of export processes.
• Regular reporting to the International Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in international shipping, with a focus on export – mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory.
• Good written and spoken English – mandatory.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to read data and draw conclusions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management – an advantage.
