Responsibilities

• Work closely with the company's legal team on an ongoing basis
• Draft, review, and edit agreements and legal documents
• Draft letters and respond to inquiries on a variety of legal matters
• Handle agreements and contracts with developers and business partners
• Provide legal support in the field of tenders and procurement
• Work with public authorities and external entities
• Handle and monitor insurance documentation
• Collaborate across various organizational interfaces while working in a professional and systematic manner
• Gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters in the construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering sectors
  
  

• Third-year Law student at a leading academic institution – mandatory
• Availability to work 3 days per week – mandatory
• Grade point average of 85 or above
• Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach
• Thoroughness, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multi-interface environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
