Founded in 2026 in Tel Aviv and fully bootstrapped, Nitro Studios is already profitable and continues to grow.

The founders bring deep audience insight from their background in gaming content and YouTube channels with large followings, treating player understanding as a core design constraint from thumbnail to first-session experience.

The team works in short, iterative loops, continuously updating games with new content, events, and balance changes based on live data.

The Game Developer will design, implement, and iterate on game features and systems for Fortnite UGC titles, collaborating closely with game designers, artists, and data analysts.

Day-to-day tasks include gameplay development, building core mechanics, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth, bug-free player experiences.

The role involves rapid prototyping, responding to player data, and shipping frequent updates, events, and balance passes across multiple live games.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, working closely with the team to deliver high-impact releases on tight iteration cycles.

• Experience with UEFN or Unreal Engine
• Experience building games or interactive experiences
• Familiarity with Verse or other scripting/programming environments
• Experience with modern AI-assisted development tools
• Understanding of live games, progression systems, retention, or player engagement
• Personal game projects, prototypes, mods, or anything else you have built

Previous professional game development experience is a strong advantage, but it is not mandatory.
