PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
• Manage the project team on site, including the Site Supervisor and Quantity Surveyor
• Take responsibility for the engineering and managerial aspects of the project throughout its lifecycle
• Manage quality, budget, schedule, and execution control
• Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Coordinate between all relevant stakeholders throughout the various project stages
• Lead on-site execution while ensuring compliance with project objectives and targets
  
  

• Registered Civil Engineer – mandatory
• At least 7 years of experience in construction supervision and/or execution
• Proven experience in managing work teams
• Proactive approach and excellent organizational skills
• Strong client management and leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams
