The organization collaborates with a forum of senior business leaders who mentor Unistream participants and serve as role models for future business and social leaders.

Role Description The Entrepreneurship Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Shaqib al-Salam. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the local entrepreneurship center, including planning, executing, and monitoring youth entrepreneurship programs and activities. The manager will lead and mentor participating youth, coordinate workshops and training sessions, and collaborate closely with volunteers, business mentors, and community partners. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing program schedules, managing budgets and resources, ensuring program quality and alignment with Unistream’s values, and tracking participant progress and outcomes. The manager will also build relationships with local schools, municipalities, and organizations, represent Unistream in the community, and support organizational events and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding youth or diverse groups.
• Program and project management skills, including planning, organizing, budgeting, and monitoring outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders such as educators, business mentors, and community partners.
• Knowledge or experience in entrepreneurship, business, or hi-tech ecosystems, and a genuine interest in youth development.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Shaqib al-Salam, handle multiple responsibilities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• High level of cultural sensitivity and commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion across different communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, social sciences, management, or a related field; relevant practical experience may be considered.
• Hebrew proficiency required; Arabic language skills and familiarity with local communities are an advantage.
