Boost is a fast-growing monday.com partner providing technology and business solutions to companies across a wide range of industries. Our activity includes monday.com implementation, consulting and training, developing apps for the monday.com Marketplace, and sales.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of Boost’s marketing activity and help grow our brand, services, and products.

This is a hands-on role combining strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll have plenty of room to bring new ideas, experiment, and build marketing initiatives from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute Boost’s marketing strategy

• Create content for LinkedIn, our website, blog, campaigns, and other channels

• Plan and manage PPC and digital marketing campaigns

• Initiate and produce webinars, customer events, and other creative marketing activities

• Promote Boost’s services, monday.com solutions, and Marketplace apps

• Identify new channels and opportunities to generate leads and increase brand awareness

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, R&D, partners, and other stakeholders

• Own marketing initiatives end-to-end, from idea and planning to execution and measurement

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience across digital marketing, content, campaigns, and social media

• A proactive, creative, and independent mindset

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills

• Ability to research, experiment, and find solutions independently

• Familiarity with marketing, digital, and technology tools

• Excellent English, both written and spoken

• Strong ownership and initiative - someone who enjoys both thinking and doing
