Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, responsible, and highly accessible Senior DevOps Engineer to own our entire deployment ecosystem. In this role, you will be the primary technical force driving our cloud and on-premise environments. You will take complete responsibility for building, optimizing, and maintaining stable deployment pipelines across a diverse product landscape spanning web, data, and virtual reality platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Ownership: Own, optimize, and drive the end-to-end cloud / on-premise deployment process for backend, frontend, data, and hardware platforms.
• Multi-Platform Deployment: Architect CI/CD pipelines to build and deploy Python backends, React & Node frontends, and Unity VR headset builds.
• Data Infrastructure: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines utilizing cloud services (Lambdas, Data Lakes, etc.) to handle high-fidelity sensor and cognitive telemetry.
• Infrastructure as Code: Design resilient, production-ready cloud environments using Terraform.
• Pipeline Automation: Mastermind and maintain secure, automated delivery pipelines via Jenkins.
• Container Management: Standardize environment packaging and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), ECS, EKS, etc.
• Observability & Tools: Implement full-stack monitoring using Prometheus, while structuring collaborative workspaces in Jira and / or Notion.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Establish clean, well-documented infrastructure blueprints and workflows to ensure high system reliability and smooth cross-team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in DevOps/Infrastructure, with a proven track record of taking complete ownership of deployment lifecycles.
• Professional Traits: Strong accountability, high accessibility, and a genuine passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Product).
• Cloud & IaC: Mastery of AWS and advanced Terraform automation.
• Containers & CI/CD: Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins.
• Software Stack Familiarity: Experience deploying micro-services and web applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience setting up automated build pipelines for Unity and / or VR/AR hardware deployments.
• Experience managing big data architectures or handling high-throughput sensor/analytics data.
• Strong documentation habits for maintaining robust system architectures.
