We're Darrow – a fast-growing startup in the Legal Exposure Management space. We have an open, action-driven culture unlike any other. Our work starts from a simple idea: legal exposure should be visible while it's still possible to act on it. We've built a technology engine that scans massive amounts of public data to identify legal exposure and evaluate its financial value at scale, and every tool or workflow you build here moves that mission forward.

We have one advantage technology and AI can't replicate: our people. More than 100 people worldwide, in Israel, US & Europe who are smart, humble, curious people who thrive at the intersection of law and AI, and we're looking for the leader who will protect and grow that edge as we scale.

Why this role matters now

This isn't a maintain-the-machine role. You're joining at a pivotal moment: the company is changing fast, operating globally, and deliberately rebuilding its culture for our next chapter. You'll own that rebuild - sharpening how we communicate, and making sure our values show up in how we actually work. You'll be the CEO's and the leadership team's closest partner on everything people, and the person who makes "People First" real for every Darrower.

What you'll own

• Culture & trust. Change management, leadership alignment, and keeping the Darrow Creed alive in day-to-day behavior.
• Leaders' partner & coach. Be the go-to partner for leaders across the company on performance, employee relations, leadership development, and org design challenges - coaching managers through complex people situations with judgment and care.
• The full employee lifecycle, globally. Employer brand and EVP, talent acquisition, onboarding, growth, and respectful offboarding - consistent and thoughtful at every stage, across geographies.
• Talent density & performance. Run the performance and feedback routines, retain and grow top performers, and keep the bar high as we grow.
• Learning & organizational development. Design leadership and manager-development programs, drive team effectiveness, and help embed AI-native ways of working across the company.
• People strategy & infrastructure. Set the global People strategy and back it with data - compensation and leveling, global employment (PEOs/EORs, benefits), People systems, and in-house AI tools that make the team faster and sharper.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years in People roles within fast-growing technology companies, including hands-on experience across multiple People disciplines (talent acquisition, People partnering, L&D, employee experience).
• 5+ years leading People as a VP / Head of / Director, including at least one leadership role in a successful company that scaled to 250+ people (or director-level ownership of a group of ~250 in a larger organization).
• A true player-coach: equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to build processes from the ground up.
• Proven experience partnering with and developing managers and leadership teams in a high-growth, multi-location environment.
• Global experience with U.S. entities (Europe - a plus)
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
• Advantage - A hybrid background - both a startup and a larger, successful company whose best practices you bring with you.
