Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Information Systems Manager for a government organization in the Shaar Binyamin area. The role includes professional responsibility for planning, advancing, managing, and implementing IT services and information systems, defining IT strategy and work plans, and leading technological projects and processes.

Responsibilities

Plan, advance, manage, and implement IT services and information systems

Define IT strategy and develop work plans

Lead technological projects and processes

Work across information systems, infrastructure, hardware, and software environments

Manage vendors and ongoing interfaces with government, military, and technology stakeholders

Define systems architecture

Promote and develop new systems and upgrade existing systems

Manage support services

Develop procedures, performance metrics, and SLA frameworks

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience managing information systems and or IT services in a large and complex organization

Experience analyzing needs, developing work plans, and leading technological processes and projects

Experience managing or working with vendors responsible for information systems development, implementation, and deployment

Broad knowledge of infrastructure, hardware, software, information systems, and support services

Experience managing multiple interfaces and ability to write procedures, work plans, SLA frameworks, and performance metrics
