Strategy Campaign Manager

We work with innovative companies in Israel and worldwide, building data-driven organic outbound strategies that connect businesses with their ideal customers.

We're looking for a hands-on Strategy Campaign Manager to take a leading role within our Strategy team. This position combines ownership of organic LinkedIn campaign strategy with professional mentoring and leadership of a growing team.

Responsibilities

•  Lead, mentor, and professionally develop a growing team of strategists.
• Build organic Go-To-Market and outbound strategies for B2B technology companies.
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and audience segmentation.
• Create compelling messaging and outreach sequences.
• Build and optimize organic LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Develop best practices, playbooks, and strategic methodologies.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Operations teams to deliver outstanding client results.
• Stay hands-on in strategy development while leading the team.

Qualifications

•  2+ years of experience in organic B2B marketing, campaign strategy, or outbound marketing.
• Experience working in a marketing or digital agency is highly preferred.
• Experience building organic LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent copywriting and messaging skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading colleagues is a strong advantage.
