Cyber Security Team Lead

Comblack is hiring a Cybersecurity Program Management Team Lead!

The role includes managing a team of cybersecurity project managers, leading complex end-to-end cybersecurity projects, developing work plans and procedures, managing tasks and project progress, and working in a matrix environment with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including at least 3 years of experience in SecOps or Cybersecurity Management
• Proven experience leading end-to-end cybersecurity projects, including requirements definition, planning, RFI/RFP processes, implementation, deployment, and cloud migration
• Strong knowledge across key cybersecurity domains, including Network Security, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Security, Security Monitoring, and Vulnerability Management
• Experience managing projects and work plans using Monday.com
• Proven team management and matrix leadership experience
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, multiple stakeholders, and vendors
• Experience in large organizations, regulated environments, or critical infrastructure is a significant advantage
