Fintech & Capital Markets Regulation Attorney

Herzog Fox & Neeman is looking for an Attorney to join its Fintech & Capital Markets Regulation team.

Our dedicated team advises leading Israeli and international financial institutions and fintech companies on securities and capital markets regulation, investment services and innovative financial products.

Our clients include global banks, investment firms, asset and wealth managers, brokers and trading firms, stock exchanges, financial product issuers and fintech companies operating in areas such as digital assets, crypto and open banking.

The role includes:

• Advising on securities, capital markets and fintech regulation.
• Supporting international financial institutions operating in or entering the Israeli market.
• Advising fintech companies on regulatory structuring, licensing and ongoing activities.
• Working on innovative financial products and emerging areas of financial regulation.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English – mandatory.
• Strong interest in financial regulation, capital markets and fintech.
• Experience at a leading law firm, financial institution, fintech company or the Israel Securities Authority.
