Network Operations Center

COMBLACK is hiring a Network Operations Center!

What will you do?

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure and systems

• Investigate incidents and troubleshoot technical issues

• Analyze logs and identify infrastructure-related issues

• Work across hybrid On-Prem and Cloud environments

• Monitor system availability, performance, resilience, and DR processes

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience working with monitoring systems – mandatory

• 2+ years of experience with Splunk, including SPL queries, dashboard creation, and log analysis – mandatory

• Experience working in hybrid environments – AWS / Azure and On-Premises

• Knowledge and experience with Windows and Linux environments

• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware / Nutanix

• Experience with Active Directory

• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, high availability, resilience, and DR
