Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales by phone role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The team member will focus on outbound and inbound phone-based sales to B2B clients, introducing Impact Media’s AI marketing and performance advertising services, qualifying prospects, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored solutions, and following up consistently to drive conversions. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and account teams to align offers with client needs, updating CRM systems with accurate data, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. The individual will also provide feedback from prospects to help refine service offerings and sales messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear phone presence, active listening, and professional written communication.
• Proven Sales skills with experience in phone-based B2B sales, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, handle objections, and maintain a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, maintain a structured work routine, and collaborate within a fast-paced team environment.
