Principal Software Engineer

rincipal Engineer – AI & Architecture Required!

A leading organization in the Central district is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead the realms of Architecture, AI, and Developer Experience within an elite technological team operating in an innovative model. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for the development, implementation, and accessibility of AI Agents and advanced development infrastructures at an organizational level, alongside Backend and Cloud architecture design, definition of engineering standards, and cross-organizational technical leadership of hundreds of developers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in developing complex systems, architecture design, and technical leadership – Mandatory
• Rich hands-on experience in Backend development, with an emphasis on Java and Spring Boot (or equivalent technologies) – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience in developing, building, and implementing AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions at an organizational level – Mandatory
• Experience in Cloud environments, Kubernetes, Containerization, and Cloud-native methodologies – Mandatory
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Frontend and UI worlds for an end-to-end systemic view
• Experience working with AI tools to accelerate development (such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent tools)
• Experience in designing and building Messaging infrastructures and APIs (such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, REST)
• Proven ability for technical leadership, mentoring, delivering lectures, and instilling Best Practices
