ServiceNow Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Team Lead to join a leading technology organization and drive the strategy, development, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow solutions while leading cross-functional technology projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, development, and ongoing management of ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive business process optimization and automation through the ServiceNow platform.
• Define and execute the platform's technology and business roadmap.
• Lead platform expansion initiatives, upgrades, and the implementation of new modules.
• Manage and deliver large-scale cross-functional technology projects.
• Lead the implementation of COTS products and new technology solutions.
• Drive integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, including SAP, core business platforms, and SaaS solutions.
• Own project planning, timelines, budgets, scope, and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a technology team of up to 5 professionals.
• Oversee task prioritization, execution, and performance management.
• Collaborate with software vendors, implementation partners, and external providers while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Lead RFP processes and participate in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions.
• Identify, assess, and implement innovative AI and automation solutions across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology projects.
• Experience managing development, implementation, or infrastructure teams.
• Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
• Strong background in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise and core business systems.
• Broad understanding of enterprise architecture and business processes.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.
• Experience implementing AI and Automation solutions is an advantage.
• Experience managing budgets and technology work plans.
