Delivery Manager

Tasq.ai is building the infrastructure behind reliable, high-quality AI systems. We work with leading AI companies and enterprises to improve model performance through scalable human-in-the-loop operations, data workflows, and AI evaluation processes.

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to lead complex AI data operations end-to-end — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to drive execution across multiple stakeholders, and can turn ambiguity into structured delivery.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Own and manage delivery of customer-facing AI and data projects from kickoff to execution

• Coordinate across operations, product, engineering, QA, and external partners

• Build scalable workflows and processes to support high-volume AI data operations

• Monitor project health, timelines, KPIs, quality metrics, and team performance

• Identify delivery risks early and drive solutions proactively

• Work closely with clients to ensure expectations, priorities, and outcomes are aligned

• Help scale operational excellence as Tasq.ai continues to grow rapidly

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering – Must have.
• 0-2 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Operations in a tech company.
• Experience managing projects, operations, or delivery in a tech-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience in AI, data operations, or fast-scaling startups – advantage.
