Product Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and scale the operational systems powering a fast-growing delivery platform across 40+ cities.

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Operations, building the tools and systems that enable couriers, dispatchers, and city managers to operate efficiently at scale.

What Will You Do:

Own and scale the end-to-end courier experience, from onboarding and activation to order acceptance, delivery flow, cash handling, and performance visibility.

Build real-time operational and dispatch tools for monitoring, intervention, and data-driven decision-making.

Develop scalable cash operations systems to improve reconciliation, reduce discrepancies, and strengthen financial control.

Own and optimize the order lifecycle, including assignment logic, zoning, delivery time estimation, and marketplace efficiency.

Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Data, and other cross-functional teams to turn complex operational challenges into scalable product solutions.

Requirements:

5+ years of Product Management experience.

3+ years of experience building operational or internal systems.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Proven ability to prioritize effectively and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with developers.

Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Strong ownership, initiative, and a passion for efficiency and impact.
