We are seeking a proactive and highly resourceful Grants & Fundraising Specialist to join our team and support our efforts to identify and pursue relevant funding opportunities that can contribute to our growth and development.

This is a hands-on role combining grant research, proposal development, fundraising strategy, funding research, and funding pipeline management.

The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership and internal teams to identify relevant opportunities, develop high-quality funding materials, and support THCO Technology's funding and growth initiatives.

• Research and identify relevant grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities for THCO Technology.
• Monitor government, innovation, research, technology, corporate, and institutional funding programmes.
• Assess funding opportunities based on eligibility requirements and strategic fit.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of relevant grant opportunities and application deadlines.
• Prepare and coordinate grant applications, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather the information required for funding applications.
• Track application deadlines, requirements, and outcomes.

• Research and identify relevant funding opportunities and potential funding partners.
• Support the development and implementation of THCO Technology's funding strategy.
• Research relevant funding ecosystems, organisations, strategic partners, and other potential sources of growth funding.
• Build and maintain an organised funding pipeline.
• Assess and prioritise opportunities based on their relevance to the company's strategy and growth objectives.
• Support leadership with research, preparation, and coordination for fundraising activities.
• Track funding opportunities, activities, and outcomes.

• Develop compelling grant applications, funding proposals, and supporting materials.
• Prepare company profiles, presentations, funding briefs, and other materials required for relevant funding opportunities.
• Support the preparation and refinement of fundraising presentations and materials.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather relevant business, operational, financial, and technical information.
• Help communicate the company's mission, business, opportunity, and growth plans clearly and accurately to relevant funding audiences.

• Build and maintain an organised database of relevant funding opportunities and potential funding partners.
• Track opportunities from initial research through application, engagement, and outcome.
• Maintain a clear calendar of important funding deadlines and activities.
• Provide regular updates on the funding pipeline and opportunities being pursued.
• Identify high-potential opportunities and provide recommendations to company leadership.

• Demonstrable experience in grants, fundraising, business development, funding strategy, or a related field.
• Experience identifying, researching, and evaluating funding opportunities.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience developing grant applications, proposals, presentations, or other funding-related materials.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly valuable:

Experience within the Israeli technology, innovation, startup, or funding ecosystem will be an advantage.
