About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Demand Generation leader to build and execute Aryon’s pipeline generation engines.

This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys building programs, experimenting with new channels, analyzing performance, and turning marketing activity into a measurable pipeline. You’ll have ownership of all Growth / Demand Generation channels while working closely with the broader Marketing and GTM team members.

The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, highly accountable, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Working from our Tel Aviv office on a full-time, on-site basis.

Responsibilities

Own and execute Aryon’s Demand Generation strategy, with a clear focus on generating qualified pipeline and opportunities for Sales.

Build and manage multi-channel programs across paid, organic, email, webinars, events, content, and other relevant channels.

Work closely with Sales andleadership to align on target accounts, ICP,, campaigns, and pipeline goals.

Develop and execute campaigns that move prospects from awareness and engagement to qualified meetings and opportunities.

Build and optimize Aryon’s inbound and outbound activities, continuously testing new ideas, channels, messaging, and audience segments

Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture programs, and marketing automation workflows to improve conversion and scale lead generation.

Leverage AI and automation tools to increase marketing velocity, personalization, and overall execution efficiency.

Continuously experiment, measure results, and double down on the programs that generate the highest-quality pipeline.

Requirements

Cybersecurity Industry Experience Is a Must.

4+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth, Performance Marketing, or a similar role, including media and stack direct budget management.

Proven experience building and executing demand generation programs that generated measurable pipeline and sales opportunities.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and programs.

Experience working closely with Sales and SDR teams in a B2B environment.

Proven track record executing multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs

Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.

Experience running multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, content, webinars, events, paid, social and leadgen channels.

Cybersecurity or experience marketing to technical audiences – strong advantage.

Skills

Startup / early-stage company experience – strong advantage.

Strong ownership and execution mindset — you like getting things done, not just building strategies.

Highly analytical and comfortable using data to make decisions and prioritize investments.

Comfortable using AI tools to multiply output — not just curious about them

Creative and curious, with a strong experimentation mindset.

Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work closely with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, Design and Content.

Comfortable working hands-on across campaigns, tools, analytics, and execution.

Strong English (written and spoken).
