- Coordinate engineering interfaces between internal stakeholders and external subcontractors. Lead subcontractor development through engineering design reviews (PDR/CDR) and provide technical oversight throughout manufacturing at vendor and client sites.
- Perform end-to-end hardware/software integration and functional testing between the ATE and Unit Under Test (UUT), executing ATP, HASS, and rigorous negative testing scenarios.
- Install and commission test stations at manufacturing facilities and customer sites through final acceptance and handover.
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for technical personnel at manufacturing and client sites, providing ongoing technical and maintenance support.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Practical Electronics Engineer (הנדסאי אלקטרוניקה) or B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.

- Integration & Verification: Demonstrated track record in writing ATP/TRD documents and conducting hardware/software integration and validation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous military service experience as an electronics technician or practical engineer.
- Practical familiarity with test development environments and automated test frameworks, specifically ATEasy or NI TestStand.
- Multidisciplinary technical background in integrated systems, RF, optics, and communication systems.
- Solid understanding of computer networking protocols, system-level integrations, and complex test topologies.
