Product Marketing Manager

Role Description The Product Marketing Manager at AI Light will lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities for our AI-driven detection products. This full-time, on-site role in Tel Aviv-Yafo involves collaborating closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to translate product capabilities into clear value propositions for target markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, defining buyer personas, creating product collateral and sales enablement materials, and planning and executing product launches. The person in this role will also analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and refine marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. Participation in cross-functional meetings, industry events, and customer demos is expected to support continuous alignment and market impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Strategy skills, including product positioning, messaging, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
• Experience in Market Research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy and product decisions.
• Familiarity with Product Management collaboration, including translating technical features into user-centric benefits and coordinating roadmaps with market needs.
• Sales enablement capabilities, such as developing sales tools, pitch decks, and training materials that support effective selling.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or AI/technology products; experience in media, ad tech, or trust & safety domains is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with ability to measure campaign impact and optimize based on performance metrics.
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are beneficial.
