Software System Engineer - 243140

We're looking for a strong software engineer who is passionate about system-level thinking and wants to play a key role in defining how complex products are designed, built, and validated.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of software, systems, algorithms, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, transforming high-level needs into clear software requirements, architectures, interfaces, and technical specifications.

This is not a hands-on coding role. Instead, you'll influence how software systems are designed, integrated, and brought to life.

What You'll Do

• Define and analyze software and system requirements for complex products.
• Translate operational and product needs into software specifications and design artifacts.
• Drive software architecture, system decomposition, and interface definitions.
• Define system behaviors, workflows, algorithms, and software concepts.
• Lead software-focused system design activities across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Software, Hardware, Algorithms, Verification, and System Engineering teams.
• Develop verification strategies and software-level validation concepts.
• Participate in design reviews and technical decision-making forums.
• Support integration, testing, and product qualification activities.

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on development background in C++/ C#/ Python.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering principles.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and break down requirements into actionable technical designs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
