Trading & Market Operations Analyst

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Trading & Market Operations Analyst to support G Coin’s trading, treasury, and exchange operations across centralized and decentralized digital-asset exchanges.

The role focuses on monitoring market conditions and liquidity, executing authorized transactions in accordance with internal policies, reconciling exchange and wallet balances, working closely with exchanges and external market makers, and identifying unusual market activity and operational risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor G Coin activity across supported centralized and decentralized exchanges.
• Analyze trading volumes, spreads, order-book depth, liquidity, volatility, and market concentration.
• Execute authorized trading and treasury transactions within established limits and approval procedures.
• Monitor exchange and wallet balances and ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions and holdings.
• Coordinate operational matters with exchanges, external market makers, and other liquidity providers.
• Monitor and assess external market makers against agreed KPIs, service levels, contractual requirements, and market-integrity standards.
• Review market-maker reports and independently verify relevant trading and liquidity data.
• Identify and escalate unusual trading patterns, potential market abuse, operational anomalies, and liquidity risks.
• Prepare regular reports on market activity, liquidity conditions, balances, transactions, market-maker performance, and identified risks.
• Support exchange listings, trading-pair launches, wallet integrations, deposits, withdrawals, and related operational processes.
• Maintain complete records of transactions, approvals, communications, and account activity.
• Ensure that all activities comply with internal controls, exchange rules, applicable requirements, and market-integrity standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience in trading operations, treasury, financial-market analysis, brokerage, digital assets, or a related field.
• Practical understanding of cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets.
• Experience working with centralized and decentralized exchanges.
• Understanding of order books, liquidity, spreads, volatility, trading volume, and market risk.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial and market data.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for market research, data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, responsibility, and discretion.
• Ability to follow defined authorization procedures and maintain clear transaction records.
• Strong written and spoken English.
