Corporate Finance & Funding Manager

Orange Be Global Ltd., based in London, specializes in agro-industrial development, investments and project management through a global network of operations, facilities and commercial offices.

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance & Funding Manager based in Israel, responsible for supporting the Group’s financing activities in Israel and internationally, including debt financing, banking relationships, capital raising and potential future capital markets and IPO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, funds and investors
• Structure and negotiate loans, credit facilities, bonds and other financing solutions
• Support refinancing, working capital, acquisitions and investment financing
• Evaluate financing alternatives and support the Group’s funding strategy and capital structure
• Prepare financial models, cash-flow projections and financing scenarios
• Coordinate financing transactions with legal, tax and financial advisers
• Support capital raising and strategic corporate finance initiatives
• Monitor relevant financing and capital markets developments, including potential IPO opportunities

Profile

• Experience in corporate finance, banking, investment banking, private credit or a related field
• Proven experience with debt financing and banking negotiations
• Strong understanding of financing structures and financial markets
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• IPO / capital markets experience is a strong advantage
• International or cross-border experience, particularly in the USA and/or Netherlands, is an additional asset
