QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and verifying contractors’ quantity measurements and calculations across construction projects
• Providing guidance and professional support to site inspectors regarding quantity verification and measurement processes
• Monitoring and reviewing the management of variation and claim files throughout the projects
• Performing quantity takeoffs and reviewing quantities based on project plans and models
• Working with digital tools and methodologies for quantity surveying and measurement
• Supporting project teams with quantity-related analysis and control
  
  

• Practical Engineer in Building Engineering and/or Civil Engineer and/or Architect
• At least 1 year of experience in quantity surveying/quantity takeoff, preferably in structural works, finishes, and MEP systems
• Knowledge of Revit – a significant advantage
• Knowledge and experience in BIM – an advantage
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
