About the Role:

As a Field Operations Representative at Remitly, you will be the face of our service - meeting customers across Southern Israel (Beer Sheva, Arava, Mitzpe Ramon) and guiding them through a full onboarding experience. You'll work independently, visiting customers at their workplace and ensuring they're fully set up to use our financial services.

You Will:

• Travel daily to meet customers at their workplace or agreed locations mostly across Southern Israel
• Guide customers through the full onboarding process
• Provide clear and patient explanations to ensure customers understand and actively use our services
• Work independently while staying in close coordination with the back office and internal teams
• Represent Remitly's values and deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
  
  

You Have:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Russian - Mandatory
• Good level of English for internal communication - Mandatory
• Valid driver's license - Mandatory
• Flexibility in working hours when needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your day in the field
• Experience in field work or customer-facing roles - Advantage
• Hebrew or additional languages - Advantage
