Location: Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Own Group budgeting, forecasting, rolling reforecasts and financial planning.
• Own Group financial reporting and consolidation, including intercompany balances, eliminations and multi-currency translation.
• Deliver a complete monthly reporting pack: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, on both IFRS and management views, to a reliable close calendar.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, liquidity, FX exposure and capital planning across all entities.
• Give the CEO and Board clear analysis of Group performance, with the drivers behind it and the decisions it implies.
• Drive profitability, cost control and financial discipline across brands and business lines.
• Oversee Finance across all Group entities and business lines; lead and develop the Group Finance team.
• Oversee accounting, audit, tax and the financial control framework.
• Ensure strong governance across regulated entities, CySEC, FCA and MiCA perimeters, regulatory capital and own funds, client-money segregation, and the statutory reporting calendar.
• Partner with business leaders across CFD, DMA / Investing, Crypto and Payments; connect financial results to commercial performance.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, EMIs and financial institutions.
• Support financing, M&A, investments and strategic projects.
• Support listed-company, investor and Board reporting requirements.
• Build FP&A into a decision engine: scenario planning, cost and revenue analytics, and a live CEO/Board KPI view.

Requirements:

Must have

• Senior Finance leadership within financial services, brokerage, trading or investment. This is not negotiable.
• Multi-asset / multi-product business experience, with a working understanding of CFD, brokerage, DMA / Investing and/or Crypto business models, how the business actually makes money.
• Finance managed across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Group reporting and consolidation ownership, including intercompany, eliminations and multi-currency.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting and FP&A.
• Cash flow, treasury and liquidity management owned personally, not delegated.
• Strong financial control and governance framework knowledge.
• Direct experience of regulated financial entities and their capital and reporting obligations.
• Audit and tax oversight.
• Management and Board-level reporting.
• Ability to connect financial results to commercial performance and to say what should change as a result.
• Proven people leadership, has built, managed and developed a Finance team across more than one sub-function.

Strongly preferred

• Listed-company experience: capital-markets reporting, public-company governance, investor-grade financials.
• Investor Relations or capital-markets exposure.
• M&A and post-acquisition integration.
• Debt or equity financing experience.
• Finance transformation, taking a function from manual to systems-led.
• Fluency in the specifics of the industry: omnibus accounts, client-money segregation, regulatory capital and excess, PSP economics, A-book / B-book.

Nice to have

• ERP (Business Central or equivalent) and Power BI / BI tooling; a record of driving automation.
• Experience implementing AI within Finance, forecasting, reporting, reconciliation, analysis.
• Multi-region exposure beyond the EU (GCC and/or LATAM).

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA / CPA. CFA an advantage.
• Big 4 training strongly preferred, but only alongside real operational Finance leadership since.
• Industry experience and commercial understanding are essential and outweigh formal qualifications.
