IT Team Leader

We are looking for an IT Team Leader to join our Information Technology organization and lead a professional team supporting operational technology environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, technical support, infrastructure responsibility, and operational excellence across OT sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of OT IT technicians, including task allocation, performance monitoring, professional development, and day-to-day guidance.

• Plan and manage ongoing activities, prioritize tasks, and build and execute work plans according to operational needs.

• Take full responsibility for endpoints, peripherals, and IT infrastructure across OT environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while supporting operational and control systems.

• Support and accompany OT projects, technology implementations, upgrades, and infrastructure deployments across multiple sites.

• Manage SLA performance, monitor service quality and team KPIs, and prepare operational reports.

• Work closely with internal IT, infrastructure, engineering, operations, and other business stakeholders to ensure stable and reliable OT environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in End-User Computing, Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, or a related field – Must

• Experience working in OT, industrial, manufacturing, or operational environments – a significant advantage.

• Previous experience managing a technical team – a significant advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in dynamic environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
