Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud & On-Prem Platforms

Althimis builds real-time training, simulation, and collaboration platforms for enterprise, government, and defense — large-scale multiplayer, browser-based 3D, and high-fidelity simulation, shipped to both cloud and customer-hosted environments.

The role

Own our infrastructure end to end: Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and production operations — across cloud and air-gapped customer sites. You'll keep systems reliable and secure, and make our engineers faster.

What you'll do

Run Kubernetes and GitOps pipelines across cloud and on-prem. Automate everything through Infrastructure as Code. Own observability, secrets, security, and production access. Lead incident response, harden reliability and disaster recovery, and remove friction from the release path.

What we need

Someone who has operated real production systems, not just built them. Concretely: 3+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering, strong Kubernetes + Docker, a major cloud (Azure/AWS), IaC (Terraform/Bicep/Pulumi/Ansible), CI/CD + GitOps, and solid Linux/networking/troubleshooting instincts.
