- הזמנות ואספקת הברזל

- ניהול התוכניות לביצוע והפצתן לקבלני המשנה להבטחת ביצוע ע"פ תוכניות מעודכנות

- אחריות לביצוע הפרויקט ע"פ תקנות וחוקי הבניה

- אחריות על תהליך הוצאת טופס 4

דרישות:

- תואר ראשון בהנדסה אזרחית/ בניין- חובה

- ניסיון של 3 שנים מינימום בבנייה רוויה- חובה

- יכולת ניהול והנעת עובדים וקבלנים

- ניסיון בעבודה מול רשויות מקומיות ויועצים

- יכולת תפקוד תחת לחץ וריבוי משימות

- עבודת צוות

Role Description The מהנדס/ת ביצוע will manage and supervise day-to-day execution activities at the construction site in Be'er Sheva in a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include coordinating work between contractors and subcontractors, monitoring schedules, quantities, and progress, and ensuring compliance with design plans, technical specifications, and safety regulations. The role involves reviewing drawings, issuing work instructions, preparing and updating work plans, and supporting quality control processes and inspections. The position also includes reporting to project management on timelines, costs, and site issues, handling documentation and approvals, and collaborating with consultants and suppliers to resolve technical and operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background, such as a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, or equivalent practical engineering qualification.
• Experience in site execution for building or infrastructure projects, including supervision of contractors and coordination of daily work on site.
• Strong technical skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities, with attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency with common construction and office software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar, MS Office, project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera).
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and working under schedule and budget constraints.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility for decisions on site, and solve technical and operational problems in real time.
