We’re looking for an Electronics Technician / Practical Electronics Engineer to join our Electronics Development Department — a hands-on role combining laboratory work, troubleshooting, board-level repair, system integration, and field testing.

What will you do?

• Troubleshoot, debug, and repair electronic boards at the component level.
• Support development verification and validation processes for new electronic boards, including preparation of test results documentation.
• Write and update ATP/ATR documents for new boards and assemblies.
• Participate in system testing, final testing, calibration, and environmental testing (such as vibration and temperature testing under extreme conditions).
• Work closely with engineers and development teams to identify, isolate, and resolve complex technical issues.

What are we looking for?

• 3–5 years of experience as an Electronics Technician / Practical Electronics Engineer in a laboratory environment.
• Proven experience in advanced board-level repair and component-level troubleshooting of complex electronic systems — analog, digital, and RF.
• Previous experience in the defense industry, high-tech, or a relevant military technological unit.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and system block diagrams.
• Strong independent troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis skills.
• High proficiency with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers.
• Experience writing and maintaining ATP/ATR, test procedures, and failure analysis reports.
• Strong technical English — ability to read datasheets and technical documentation and write technical reports.
