Bynet Integrated Projects is looking for a PMO

Bynet Integrated Projects, a subsidiary of Bynet Communications, specializes in the initiation, planning, management, and execution of large-scale technology and infrastructure projects of national importance, across sectors including defense, transportation, smart campuses, and more.

We are looking for an experienced and independent PMO to take responsibility for planning, monitoring, and controlling large and complex technology infrastructure projects, working closely with Program Managers and multiple professional interfaces.

What will you do?

• Take responsibility for the planning, monitoring, and control of large and complex projects.
• Build, manage, and maintain project schedules and Gantt charts, including tracking milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
• Prepare status reports and management dashboards, and monitor project progress.
• Identify, analyze, and report gaps, deviations, risks, and dependencies, while following up on mitigation and corrective actions.
• Work independently and collaboratively with Program Managers, Project Managers, and various professional stakeholders.
• Manage and control project documentation and work plans.
• Coordinate and drive interfaces to ensure task completion and project objectives are met.
• Work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience as a PMO, preferably in complex, multi-interface projects.
• Proven experience in managing and controlling complex Gantt charts and project schedules.
• Strong proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera - MUST
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
• High-level English, including the ability to lead and participate in meetings in English.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive processes and interfaces forward.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects – an advantage.
