We're going from hundreds of properties to Thousands. That's not a content job - it's a systems job. We build the machinery that makes scale possible and you build with it - and also ubild the supporting assets around it.

• Build at scale. Spin up and configure new properties in batches — domains, hosting, themes, content pipelines, publishing. Anything done 800 times gets automated or it doesn't get done.
• Tracking and systems implementation. GA4, GTM, call tracking, conversion events, CRM and lead routing — deployed fleet-wide, not site by site. When someone asks where a lead came from, you're the reason there's an answer.
• SEO and GEO. Technical SEO across a large footprint: indexing, sitemaps, schema, internal linking, Search Console at scale. Plus generative engine optimization — getting our assets cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews, not just ranked on Google.
• Automation and AI production. n8n / Make / scripts to wire the stack together. LLMs to draft, classify, QA, and enrich at volumes no human can touch — with the spot-checks that keep quality real.
• Reporting that runs itself. Traffic, rankings, calls, leads, cost per lead, revenue per property. Build it once, then defend the numbers.

• 1–3 years in marketing ops, growth, SEO, or analytics — or no title and a portfolio of things you actually built.
• Real AI fluency. You've built something with an LLM in the loop, not just chatted with one.
• Automation instinct — n8n, Make, Zapier, or your own scripts. JS or Python is a strong plus.
• SEO fundamentals you can defend, and curiosity about how AI search is changing them.
• Data comfort — expert spreadsheets, working SQL. You can spot a number that's wrong.
• Native-level English. Our markets are English-speaking.
• Ownership over instruction-following. You'll get outcomes, not tickets.
