As the CEO’s Right Hand, you will act as a force multiplier across the company - driving strategic execution, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning high-level vision into operational reality. You are not here to manage calendars; you are here to build scalable processes, lead critical initiatives, and clear the runway for rapid growth.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Execution & Right Hand: Partner directly with the CEO to plan, drive, and execute high-priority company initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment across all departments.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Track key decisions, hold leadership accountable to action items, and bridge gaps between product, business, and operations.
• Operations & Scalability: Build, optimize, and scale internal workflows, frameworks, and operating rhythms to support rapid growth.
• Special Projects & Initiatives: Take full ownership of complex, high-stakes operational milestones, strategic partnerships, and cross-organizational projects from end to end.
• Executive Problem Solving: Act as a proxy for the CEO in key operational meetings, resolving bottlenecks and bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving situations.

Who You Are:

• Startup Veteran: 5+ years of proven operational leadership experience (e.g., Chief of Staff, Operations Lead, Senior PM) in fast-growing tech startups- Must.
• Proven Executive Partner: Experienced in working directly with founders and C-level executives as a strategic partner and execution engine.
• Execution & Ownership Machine: A hands-on leader with a strong bias for action, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a knack for creating order out of chaos.
• Tech & AI Native: Highly proficient with modern operational tooling and leverage AI/automation frameworks to maximize leverage and efficiency.
• Fluent Communicator: Native/Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken) with top-tier presentation and communication skills- Must.
• Trust & Discretion: Exceptional judgment, high emotional intelligence, and absolute discretion in handling strategic, high-level decisions.
