Mechanical Design Engineer Team Lead
- Lead and own mechanical design of advanced wireless charging systems, from concept through production.
- Collaborate with hardware, electronics, and software teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Responsible for analysis, testing, validation, integration, and manufacturing support.
- Ensure delivery within quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7+ years of mechanical product development experience.
- Strong 3D CAD & PLM experience (SolidWorks/PDM preferred).
- Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems, thermal management, PCB/electrical packaging, and DFM.
- Knowledge of structural analysis, materials, coatings, high-voltage isolation, sealing, tolerances, and high-flux heat dissipation.
- Experience with manufacturing methods such as CNC, sheet metal, welding, compaction, and 3D printing – an advantage.
