Description

Join Camtek’s physics group, taking responsibility over Camtek’s physics lab and providing support with lab experiments and infrastructure, product lifecycle activities, managing technical documentation and knowledge resources and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and lab equipment.
• Maintain lab organization and housekeeping.
• Responsibility for laser safety.
• Prepare requirements for optical setups.
• Build and maintain optical setups.
• Carry out optical tests and experiments.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities.
• Support end-of-life (EOL) activities.
• Provide production support as needed.
• Maintain the Physics virtual knowledgebase environment.
• Prepare and maintain work procedures and documentation.

Requirements

• Practical hands-on technical experience in a laboratory, production, or engineering environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English and Hebrew skills.
• Experience working in a physics, optics, or semiconductor environment – an advantage
• Familiarity with laser safety procedures – an advantage
• Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management systems – an advantage
