We are looking for our next Senior Content Lead - B2B & AI Innovation.

In this role, you will lead and shape our content strategy across the group’s digital channels. You will craft high-impact B2B content for our business clients, manage engaging content across our leading portals, and leverage cutting-edge Generative AI tools to elevate quality, efficiency, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• B2B Content Strategy: Conceptualize and write high-converting articles, professional guides, and branded content for small and medium-sized business owners.
• Network & Portal Content: Oversee and create rich, SEO-optimized content across Zap Group’s diverse network of websites.
• AI & Innovation: Integrate advanced Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) into daily workflows, content creation, and brainstorming to drive efficiency and quality.
• Performance & Strategy: Align content creation with business and marketing goals, analyzing metrics to optimize audience engagement and conversions.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in content management, digital editing, or copywriting (experience with high-traffic portals is a major advantage).
• Proven experience in writing strategic B2B content targeted at business owners.
• Hands-on proficiency with Generative AI tools and a passion for content innovation.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization.
• Exceptional written communication skills, strategic vision, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
