We are recruiting an Information Security Department Manager for a financial company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Information Security and Cybersecurity domain across the organization
Develop and implement information security policies and strategies
Lead work plans and strategic cybersecurity projects
Take responsibility for security solutions and cybersecurity event monitoring
Manage team leaders and professional cybersecurity teams
Develop and strengthen the department’s professional capabilities

Requirements:

10 years of experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity, including at least 5 years of experience managing groups or departments in complex organizations
Experience leading work plans and technology projects in the Cybersecurity field
Experience managing teams of at least 20 employees
Experience managing large budgets, vendors, and outsourcing
Relevant academic education; experience in the financial or banking sector – advantage
