Role Description The Studio Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the studio to ensure efficient delivery of CTV games and channels. This hybrid position is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing internal workflows, and supporting cross-functional collaboration among creative, technical, and business teams. The Studio Manager will supervise studio staff, support resource planning, and maintain high standards of quality and customer experience. The role also involves monitoring project progress, addressing operational issues, and contributing to process improvements to support studio growth.

• Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership skills, including staff supervision, coaching, and fostering a collaborative studio culture.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as supporting business development efforts and understanding commercial priorities.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, and on-time delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced, media or gaming environment.
• Experience in digital media, gaming, broadcast, or entertainment studios is preferred.
• Proficiency with productivity and project tracking tools; relevant tertiary education in business, media, or related fields is an advantage.
