PMO IT/OT - 243443

For a leading organization in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry in Kiryat Malachi – we are looking for a Senior PMO!

Managing and leading computerized systems migration processes in a complex IT/OT environment, including integration between diverse systems and technologies, controlled document documentation, ongoing tracking of progress, risks, and meeting targets – while working in a regulated environment with supporting departments (GxP).

Key Responsibilities

• Managing IT/OT projects – from the specification stage, through planning and execution, to delivery and initial support.
• Leading integration between different systems, infrastructures, and technologies (production systems, laboratories, servers, OT, supporting systems, and enterprise applications).
• Familiarity with computerized systems architecture.
• Planning schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets, and continuously managing project progress against the plan.
• Ongoing monitoring and control of project status, early identification of blockers, risks, and challenges, and leading corrective actions.
• Ongoing work with multiple stakeholders: IT, OT, production, QA, engineering, external vendors, and global teams, including preparation of periodic reports on project progress.
• Supporting validation processes, regulatory compliance, and required documentation in projects in accordance with organizational standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multi-interface IT/OT projects – 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience managing integration between multiple systems and technologies.
• Strong systemic perspective and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to work with global/local teams and vendors.
• Experience working in a regulated / GMP environment – a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of preparing documents, reports, validation, and project documentation management.
• Ability to manage, lead, and motivate interfaces without direct authority.
• High level of English – speaking, reading, and writing.
